Evergreens Services Inc has been one of Calgary’s premier commercial landscaping and snow removal companies for over 25 years. We have two summer divisions and we keep our full staff employed through the winter performing snow removal and we offer guaranteed 40 hours/ week throughout the winter.Snow Removal Tasks: ·Experience driving cube vans and trucks during winter conditions·On call, we work when the snow falls·Able to perform snow removal tasks for up to 16 hours a day (major snow events)·Lift up to 60 lbs (bag of salt)·Able to work in a safe manner in order to protect themselves, their co-workers and the public.Landscape Maintenance Tasks: ·Operating gas-powered hand tools such as weed whips, backpack blowers and paddle brooms.·Light herbicide and pesticide applicating·Manual Weeding·Lifting 50 lbs·Operate ride-on and walk-behind mowers·Follow our operating and safety procedures·General labour dutiesLandscape Construction Tasks: ·Build hardscape features such as retaining walls, laying paving stones, installing exterior furniture·Laying sod·Planting trees, shrubs and flowers·Operate power tools·Install soil, rock mulch and bark mulch·Follow our operating and safety procedures·General labour dutiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$23.00 per hourBenefits:
