OpportunityCalgary Co-op is seeking a professional individual to fill a Compensation and Benefits Specialist position in our Human Resources Department.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all employees with the primary responsibility of administering the union and non-union group benefit plans. Administration of the employee educational assistance programs, maintenance of the HRIS database, employee files, and the employee recognition program. Assist in the communication and understanding of the compensation strategies.
