Job Description

Required Availability: F/T Hours - Monday-Friday - Morning-3:00pm shiftsAs a Sunterra courtesy clerk you will ensure the smooth delivery of all Front of House operations at the Market including Customer Service and initiating customer liaison. You will exceed our customers’ expectations by providing Legendary Customer Service and prompt, knowledgeable and efficient responses to customer inquiries. The position includes but is not limited to general customer service, knowledge of the Fresh Rewards loyalty program, bagging groceries and offering carry-outs, assisting the cashiers with requests (such as price checks), cart and basket organization.Interpersonal Skills and Experience

  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • A positive, friendly manner is required
  • Well developed communications skills and can convey enthusiasm.
  • Ability to liaise with all Team Members and Customer
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from Customer and visitors to the Market
  • Able to meet physical job requirements (e.g. standing for lengthy period of time, providing grocery carry-outs)
  • Must be self-motivated and solution-oriented.
  • Is available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
