We provide a wide range of residential lawn and yard maintenance services + snow removal Mainlyon the North inner city of Calgary. We are in business since 2009.Our goal is to provide the highest quality service to our clients.We are looking for a young, energetic, fit person with an exceptional work attitude. You must be responsible, have integrity, and great communication skills. Your desire to please a client and your pride of work are essential for the company and your success. You will be responsible for aiding in all aspects of residential snow removal and yard maintenance (mainly lawn maintenance) and may be needed in other areas of the business.If you are such a person, and the right fit for the business, you will be able to grow with us and advance within the business.Please note, on big snow falls we start snow removal at 4AM. At that time there is no public transportation...We offer: - Starting @ up to $18 per hour (higher rates for highly motivated and experienced individuals). Youwill be raised after 3 months if you reach the goals we expect from you (this applies for Spring andSummer).- We’ll keep you busy. You will have a regular pay even if it doesn’t snow every day.- In the winter you are under a salary + monthly bonus given on the end of the season.- must be available every day during the winter season (if it snows) Nov 1st-April 30 (you will get paid a salary even though you will not work a full month)- room for advancement and further responsibility- WCB coveragePlease do not apply if: - You hate winter (sometimes you have to work outside when it is below -30 degrees)- You need a short-term cash paying job- You dont have your own reliable car (or you live not in a walking radius of Bowness library)- You can’t drive (Be able to drive Manual transmission is a plus)- You dont have a current drivers license- You dont want to commute to our shop location- You cant handle cold and heat- You have health issues preventing hard physical labour- You are a party animal- You cant smile and have fun while at work- You cant put your phone away while at work- You need to be back home by a certain time every day- You have other time committing activities in the winter- You dont want to learn and improve skills- You cant follow directions- You know-it-AllHow to apply: Attach your resume and write a paragraph explaining why you would be a good fit (don’t need to be long and formal).Do NOT call!
