Job Description

Equivalent ExperienceDescription:***THIS POSITION CAN SIT OUT OF THE EDMONTON OR CALGARY***Aston Carters Client is looking to fill a Customer Information Representative! The CIR interacts with internal stake holders to gather information on new jobs and then inputs the data for those new jobs into Oracle. This position will be very client facing. When customers call in regarding questions on their project the CIR will be responsible for finding those answers. This position is a combination of Customer Service and Data entry duties. The type of information that the CIR will be inputting requires excellent attention to detail.Skills:AS400, customer service, Oracle, Admin, Data Entry, AS400, ExcelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service Experience in a professional setting (not retail or restaurant)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong business acumen, able to read and understand things like contracts, supplementary conversions, and P&C requests
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills, must be able to work effectively with Tyco clients, the sales team, the A/R team, and the administrative team
LIKE TO HAVE:
  • Oracle experience
  • Mastermind experience
  • Previous Security experience (JCI or Competitors)
