Job Description

Attention Customer Service Representatives in Calgary, AB ! If you have Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment inputting customer orders, entering PO #39;s and communicating with customers via e-mail and over the phone, we want to talk to you. Offered:

Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers calling in, e-mailing and provide prompt response
  • Assist with any walk-in clintele with inquiries, payments, product information etc.
  • Maintain company database while entering new and updated customer information
  • Process quotes, PO #39;s, customer orders etc. into ERP system
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to customers to confirm shipping/payment information
  • Process return orders, shipments, shipment claims etc.
  • Support outside sales team on all things customer service related
  • Keep inventory of outgoing products
  • Chequing freight invoices in collaboration with accounting team
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in customer service in a manufacturing facility required
  • A college degree or diploma in a business or engineering field is strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in MS programs such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of NAV is considered a strong asset
  • Must be very organized, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication both written and verbal required
