There is an immediate opportunity within the Wood Automotive Group for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Big 4 Motors!The CSR ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt, professional manner. Confidence in completing outgoing phone calls is necessary.
