Job descriptionCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEFrontier Power Products is a proud company with great staff and customers. This position is based out of our Calgary AB branch. As the Western Canadian distributor for Kubota and John Deere power systems, Kohler Industrial Power Generation products, and Mitsubishi marine engines, we service what we sell.We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer queries and act as a liaison between the customer and our company.Job Duties:

  • Responding promptly to all customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve all customer complaints/concerns personally or through internal departments
  • Know our product inside and out so you can confidently respond to all questions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with department staff accordingly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction always, and provide professional customer support
  • Maintain the Production schedule of new units
  • Follow our seven day escalation plan to resolve all issues in a prompt collaborative approach
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in business/communication or equivalent in both education and experience.
  • Display a proven track record of supporting customers in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with customers and internal staff and share information with senior management
  • This is an in office position with travel (when required) to customer locations within Western Canada
  • Clean driving record (abstract required)
  • Understanding of industrial equipment and components to potentially offer information on new third party suppliers
