Job Description

There is an immediate opportunity within the Wood Automotive Group for a Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Woodridge Ford Lincoln!The CSR ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt, professional manner. Confidence in completing outgoing phone calls is necessary. Strong telephone etiquette, computer, and customer service skills are also required.FULL TIME: The shift for this role would be: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.PART TIME: The shift for this role would be: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm; and some additional shifts in the afternoonCandidates must be reliable team players, who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.About the Benefits of being part of our team:
