We can tell you that we’re committed to creating a fun and encouraging work environment, but apply now and find out for yourself!The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality and courtesy for all guests/clients of Lil’ Empire Burger. They will be responsible for providing prompt and professional service for all areas pertaining to the café and delicatessen. Duties will include taking guest orders, preparation and/or wrapping of restaurant offerings, delivery of food and beverage, proper cash/transaction handling and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas. The individual in this role will act as a team player in upholding the company’s standards for excellence.Core Values & Requisite Accountabilities:

    • Provide a superior level of hospitality and accommodation towards our clients and guests
    • Active role in creating a work environment that is professional and welcoming for all staff

    • Product knowledge of all Lil’ Empire’s offerings
Requirements:
    • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum 2 years with previous experience in direct customer service is required
  • - ProServe Certified to serve alcoholic beverages- for private event catering only
    • Enthusiasm and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical skills
    • Superior customer service and people skills, ability to work independently or within a team environment
    • Highly flexible, with solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the restaurant industry.
    • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a consistent display of professionalism.
    • Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of trends in the food industry.
    • Highly effective teamwork skills.
    • Attention to detail in all areas of work.
