We can tell you that we’re committed to creating a fun and encouraging work environment, but apply now and find out for yourself!The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for organizing, directing and controlling the day to day operations of Lil’ Empire in conjunction with the Operations Manager of the business. They will be responsible for overseeing all front of house operations, including administrative duties, service, training, ordering and inventory control. The individual in this role will act as both a leader and mentor towards their staff through proper training procedures and the upholding of our company’s standards for excellence.If you love food, customer service, have a great friendly attitude, are team oriented and are willing to do any task given, please read below and apply now!We are willing to train the right candidate. Requirements
  • ProServe Certified to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be available to work, mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Proficient with the use of computers, including Microsoft office suite, internet and email.
  • Experience ordering and monitoring supplies, and ensuring appropriate product inventories are in place.
  • Highly flexible, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the restaurant industry.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a consistent display of professionalism.
  • Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of trends in the food industry.
  • Highly effective teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Not necessary but an asset to have a Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food Services, Restaurant Management.
This position pays $22 - $25 per hour. This includes a free staff meal plus additional staff discounts at participating locations.Quick Apply
