Are you a skilled marketer with a successful track record of creating and carrying out high-impact demand generation strategies that generate leads and attract customers A high-growth SaaS start-up Hybrid (Work 4 days/week from the Calgary, AB office)In this job, you will...

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive demand and generate large lead volumes to support new customer acquisition targets.
  • Build, implement and test demand generation workflows aimed at proactively engaging and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns for various segments, leveraging channels such as email, social media, PPC, SEO and events.
  • Transform buyer data and insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and validate their journeys through the sales funnel.
  • Build and scale account-based marketing strategies and develop compelling content aligned with brand messaging and personas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create relevant marketing collateral that appeals to both prospects and existing customers. Align content to the buyer’s journey and optimize conversion paths on websites and landing pages.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to support the generation of a robust marketing pipeline. Effectively track and scale marketing funnel objectives.
You have...
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment.
  • A successful track record in executing scalable marketing strategies that drive demand generation.
  • An extensive background in both digital and traditional marketing, with a strong understanding of selling SaaS products and navigating complex ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and test/deploy sustainable growth plans.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to execute against OKRs and multiple high-priority projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Segment is considered an asset.
