Come see why we are recognized as one of Alberta's Top 70 Employers in 2020 and 2021!Responsibilities:As a member of the Information Systems team, the Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for:Providing on-site and remote end-user technical supportManaging and maintaining corporate imaging solutionTroubleshooting laptop and desktop issuesDiagnosing/troubleshooting issues with Office 365 applicationsInvestigating cyber incidents and malware infections as requiredConfiguring to NovAtel baseline standards desktop and laptop computers for end usersInstalling and configuring upgradable componentsCreating and managing active directory domain accountsDiagnosing issues with network connectivity, SSL VPN connectivity and WIFI access for local and remote computers or devicesManaging all Service Incidents and Service Requests in ServiceNowUpdating asset management systems as requiredManaging antivirus and other malware prevention solutionsAdministrating Windows updates/patchingStaying current and on top of latest and emerging technologiesQualifications:Must-Have:College education in IT /Computer Science or related certifications5+ years in an IT support roleExperience with Windows Server and Workstation Operating Systems – Server 2019 and Windows 10Well-versed in Mac and iOS Operating SystemsExperience with imaging of computers using MDTExperience with patching and using patching toolsStrong experience supporting Office 365 appsMature skillset within Active DirectoryKey Success Factors:Outstanding customer service skills including excellent communication skills & ability to collaborate with othersNeeds to be obsessively excited about technologyStrong passion to learn latest versions of technologies and maintain skills on an ongoing basisAdvanced troubleshooting skills and consistent documentation of solutionsExcellent time management skills & ability to prioritize issuesNice-to-Have:Microsoft Cloud offerings experience (Azure, AutoPilot, WuFB)Knowledge of Linux or Unix OS
