Your TeamThe Digital Integration Coordinator, Alberta, is responsible for supporting our website content integration. The Digital Integration Coordinator is responsible for understanding the integration points and logic between Brookfield Residentials Content Management System (Sitecore) and the Enterprise Resource Planning software (New Star) in order to publish a broad range of content to a centralized website. This role assists in the ongoing growth of our digital and inbound marketing strategy and provides technical support on the CMS platform.The Digital Integration Coordinator is part technician, part analyst, and problem solver. Their primary objective is to ensure the accuracy of data visible to consumers (which includes content and pricing) and assists in the effectiveness of inbound marketing programs.The role will also support inbound marketing programs through the development of marketing automation workflows, along with supporting SEM and SEO programs to ensure accuracy and consistency of Brookfield Residentials offering.The Digital Integration Coordinator will work collaboratively with and support the Alberta Marketing team and Alberta Operations teams. This person will be well-versed in data integrations and supporting digital tools and applications.Your Key DeliverablesData Integration:Support the integration of data between Sitecore and Newstar.Audit and troubleshoot data errors within Sitecore and work with the appropriate teams to identify solutions as needed.Assist in the communication and implementation of new data points within Newstar and/or SitecoreEffectively communicate on the status of integrationsReview override reports and support/coordinate publishing of new/updated content as required.Keep updated on new integration releases and website updates from the Corporate Digital team and determine impacts for the local business.Assist in creating and refining internal processes for data management and integration within the content and data systemsDigital Marketing & Automation:Work with marketing stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate the delivery of both local and national SEM & SEO activities, thus ensuring optimization, maximizing online lead generation and conversionsMaintain and add metadata, page titles etc., in line with search engine guidelinesEnsure accuracy of data found on local business listings within both RioSEO and Google my Business and support updates as required.Collaborate with regional team members to coordinate the development, testing and deployment of campaign and lead nurturing workflows, landing pages, forms, lists and other Hubspot componentsOngoing troubleshooting and backend problem solving for integration between Hubspot and SalesforceFollowing Change Management Procedures (where required) when deploying changes to the various environments, which includes testing, documenting and deploymentMust HavesDiploma or Degree in, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Management, or a combination of related experience and education1-2 years experience in Digital or Data Integration.High attention to detailStrong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office with a technical aptitude to learn new and or customized programs quicklyExperience using a Content Management System (CMS) (preference for Sitecore, Wordpress and/or Hubspot)Knowledge of website & mobile architecture, user experience, design and development, and digital marketing including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)Experience in Marketing Automation Programs including lead generation, nurturing and conversion (with HubSpot)Strong verbal and written business communication skills.Strong organizational skills to assist with meeting deadlines and overall coordination.Nice to HavesProject management experience would be an asset.Use of home building ERP or construction management software would be an assetCOVID-19 Hiring StatusAll new hires must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 prior to starting employment.Your OpportunityWe are proud to offer our employees what they value most:
