Job Description

Digital Marketing SupervisorRadiance Plastic Surgery is a thriving plastic and reconstructive surgery practice. We are looking for an experienced permanent full-time Digital Marketing Supervisor who is creative, motivated, dynamic and talented to build our brand through various avenues of marketing. Preference will be given to residents of Canmore or the Bow Valley; candidates from Calgary and surrounding area will be considered. Remote workers, contractors, agencies and those located outside of Canmore, the Bow Valley, Calgary or surrounding area need not apply as this is an in-house position. Candidate is expected to work regular office hours - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday in office in Canmore, Alberta.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervisory position with leadership, responsibility and oversight
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
  • Manage online reputation across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp, RealSelf, RateMDs, Google Business and LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develops and oversees news, PR, influencer, blogger and other media relations
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on same
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
  • Create events specific to the local community; strategically align these events with the marketing calendar and provide direction and execution guidelines to all team members
  • Develops relations with our vendor company representatives and integrates our brand with their marketing campaigns and opportunities
  • Work closely with physician, management and staff to create monthly specials, promotional pieces, and collateral
SKILLS:
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

  • Must be comfortable with graphic surgical content (photos, videos, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field required
  • Minimum of seven years proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success elevating brand(s), and possess an available portfolio of previous work
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Experience with e-commerce platform optimization
