Our objective is to help ensure these proposals are successful and win in the marketplace. The team supports sellers through their deal pursuits from deal identification through signing.As a Document Management Specialist, you will provide document management support for Public Sector, Commercial and Federal opportunities. This role will be based in Canada and will require a fully bilingual (Canadian French and English) resource. Additionally, you will work with your peers to manage portal orders and amendments.Successful candidates for this role will have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. All other functions canResponsibilities:

  • Document creation, formatting in Word and Excel according to Kyndryl style guides
  • Integration of content from several sources into proposal document master copy
  • Cross-skilled in document control and basic design skills (PPT templates)
  • Work with Sales teams to ensure design elements are captured
  • Assist in communicating proposal updates and addendums to the appropriate teams
  • Influence seller satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and pro-active problem resolutions
  • Upload completed documents directly to the customer repositories as required by clients
  • Search external bid solicitation portals and monitor inbox to identify, distribute and inform the Seller Community of relevant opportunities
  • Order and download bid documents from Portals
  • Monitor ordered opportunities for amendments, and distribute as appropriate
  • Point of contact for Seller Community to look out for upcoming opportunities and/or amendments that are expected to be published
  • Manage and maintain distribution lists
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseRequired Skills/Qualifications:
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Sense of urgency for delivering the role requirements for the sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Bilingual French and English
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Research and problem-solving skills including providing recommendations and alternatives
  • Ability to multi-task and work in time sensitive situations
  • Effective time management to balance both roles within the business day
