Job Description

Early Childhood Educators (ECE) levels 2 and 3Creative Munchkins Childcare CalgaryCreative Munchkins Childcare is seeking Early Childhood Educators (ECE) to join our team in the beautiful community of Montgomery in North West Calgary.As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities and qualification include:

  • Developing and implementing a program that supports the development of children.
  • Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
  • Ability to maintain an aesthetically pleasing, clean, safe, and sanitary classroom.
  • Punctuality and reliability to meet all scheduled shifts and meetings.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing conditions and priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Love supporting children in their development
  • Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discussing progress with parents and other staff.
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
  • Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
  • The successful candidate must hold or be willing to complete a First Aid Certification and a Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Search.
Shifts available: Monday- Friday
  • 8-hour shift
  • 4-hour shift
  • 10-hour shift
  • splitlit shifts
