Job Description

This is a temporary opportunity, based in Abbotsford, BC area. This role works on a 14-day on/ 14 days off rotation with 12-hour shifts. The project is starting on March 28th and will go until December 31st.There will be flights provided from either Calgary or Edmonton for each rotation. Hotel accommodations are also provided for employees.What would you be doing

  • Provide administrative and operational support on projects related to water diversions and dewatering.
  • Driving to multiple locations, data collection and daily reporting.
  • Interface with clients and other project field staff to setup, manage and report on project activities.
  • building and maintaining positive client relationship focused on providing top quality service in a variety of regulatory and environmental programs within FLINT Environmental Services division.
Does this sound like you
  • High School Diploma or Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science, engineering or related discipline would be an asset (if we have any Enviro or Engineering students looking for Intern/COOP jobs).
  • Field experience in oil and gas or construction project is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, thrive under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal ability with diverse cultural groups.
  • Safety minded and positive attitude.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license as travel to various locations is required.
  • Clean driver’s abstract.
