  • Support and Assist Construction Management team with inquiries from field, admin staff, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor reports (invoicing, rock rate, drops, quotes, hydroseed, etc.)
  • Participate in process development as required
  • Document, distribute and oversee the implementation of processes for required stakeholders
  • Assist in communicating process changes and updates to required stakeholders
  • Ensure weekly DPR billing and invoicing related to specific project work is submitted when required.
  • Review and question DPR’s for accuracy
  • Promote and act in alignment with the AFL mission, values and goals
  • Protect AFL’s values by keeping information confidential
  • Enhance AFL’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
  • Adhere to and promote the environmental, health & safety policies of AFL
  • Help build and maintain positive relations within the team
  • Ensure weekly safety inspections are submitted as required.

Personal Qualities
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment, open to change and new information, rapidly changing conditions and unexpected obstacles
  • High level for attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks and able to prioritize multiple work assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to take direction and work well under supervision
  • Capable of complex reasoning analysis with guidance of the SFCC
  • Able to maintain effective relationships and communicate effectively in all levels of business
  • Possess a strong aptitude towards commitment and a team approach to problem solving
Qualifications
  • 1-3 year’s administrative experience
  • Previous experience in telecommunications is an asset
  • Superior customer service
  • Minimum knowledge of accounting payroll and timesheets; and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel), ShareFile, Smart Sheet
Working Conditions
  • In-Field office environment
- General hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm with extended hours and days as operationally required
  • Extensive travel as operationally required
