Youll play a vital role in the continued growth of our company.Overview: As part of our Service Team, the Router and Waterjet Service Specialist provides on-location service and support to our existing customer base. we are seeking a motivated individual at our Calgary Location. By providing timely, quality repair, including the execution of warranty repairs, maintenance, and installation of our products, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers experience reliability and superior customer service. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing repair and maintenance to equipment, preferably in a similar position or industry.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professional service and installation of CNC Router Machines.
  • Trains customers on CNC Router Machines.
  • Resolves product and service-related concerns
  • Provides customer service and online support.
  • Conducts on-site service calls
  • Provides guidance and support to customers.
  • Works with engineers on product development and system upgrades.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma related to Electrical/Electronic Controls, or related field required.
  • Experience with CNC machinery.
  • Experience with CAD-based design software and computer science programs.
  • Valid license and passport and the ability to travel without restriction required.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of work time.
  • Experience in a technical role, preferably troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience delivering vital customer service.
  • Experience using a multimeter (or another voltage meter).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • French and Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and handle difficult workplace situations in a calm manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience demonstrating a high level of discretion with confidential information.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Electrical engineering: 3 years (preferred)
