Job Description

The Wood Automotive Group has an opportunity for a Fleet and Lease Administrator to join our Fleet team at Woodridge Ford Lincoln!Reporting to the Sales Fleet Manager, the Fleet and Lease Administrator will be well versed in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet vehicles.Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Process bills of sales, prepare leases, register and discharge liens
  • Answer calls/emails in a pleasant and timely manner
  • Keep factory orders organized and up-to-date via INFORD
  • Process consignment agreements for our US builds
  • Request CARPROOFS (used vehicles)
  • Communicate with Inventory Specialist for updates on factory orders
  • Ensure Tricor Terminations are followed-up
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and respect for confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
