Coming into our store, you’ll find a laid back setting that might remind you of your friends' cozy & eclectic apartment, complete with people who enjoy a good laugh & know their stuff when it comes to cannabis.   • You have fun on the floor with your teammates and guests while maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • You are a human-oriented weed dealer. You speak powerfully about available products and impart knowledge to Customers and Staff.
  • You are a creative weed dealer. You listen for, create, and test unique product combinations, you communicate those to staff and customers.
  • You are an integral weed dealer. You are genuine in helping the customer find a product that is the right fit for the desired value, product type & quality they are looking for.
  • You utilize the Point of Sale system, process payments, refunds/exchanges and issue gift cards.
  • You consistently work to maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
  • You are aware of, and work strategically with your teammates to successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics.
  • You take initiative in helping manage inventory by completing daily/weekly inventory counts and supplementary product tracking activities.
  • You are knowledgeable and up to date on company communication, priorities, roll-outs and any additional information required by the Store Manager; you educate on guest-facing initiatives on the retail floor.
  • You apply product coaching provided by your Store Manager and teammates.
  • You complete various core operational tasks within the store with precision in priority sequence as assigned.
  • You practice company safety and compliance policies and procedures and you work in partnership with your teammates to ensure a safe and AGLC/Health Canada compliant workplace.
  • You assist in the daily merchandising set-up and take down of the store.
  • You adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by municipal, provincial and federal governing bodies.
More About You:
  • You have a minimum 1-3 years customer service experience.
  • Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time. The Store Manager determines the availability needs, and this schedule could include a combination of shift times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • You love the product and are committed to continuous learning.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You possess the ability to read and react in order to make correct decisions on the fly.
  • You are proficient with basic technology and are open to learning about new POS systems.
  • You love to give & receive feedback and coaching.
  • You work well in a fast-paced environment that requires strong time management skills.
  • You have completed or are in the process of completing AGLC sell safe and QCW.
  • You have proven team experience.
  • You’d way rather spend your day out in the sunshine with friends rather than behind a desk with spreadsheets.
  • You are of at least 18 years of age.
  • You Have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • You are able to lift ~30 lb boxes.

  • Hours expectation: Part Time, 20-35 Hours Per Week.
