About usNext Gen Flowers is a small business. We are collaborative, creative, fast-paced and our goal is to grow beautiful flowers that we cut and make into bouquets..Our work environment includes:

  • Lively atmosphere
  • On-the-job training
We are currently seeking to fill multiple positions for hard-working and dedicated individuals to join our team. We have a small acreage located just a few minutes west of Spruce Meadows just off of highway 22X where we grow a large variety of flowers. We require a couple of individuals to help with planting, weeding and processing of our flowers. Our primary growing season is from June to the end of August. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture or the making of flower bouquet arrangements.Responsibilities:
  • Select and cut flowers based on the ownners needs and preferences.
  • Plant, grow, weed and harvest crops.
  • Follow instructions of flower farm owners.
  • Follow safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekPay: $17.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
