Join the team and help assist in the operations.Job descriptionStore Operations

  • Supervise and assist activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
  • Supervise and check assembly of menu items;
  • Prepare and submit reports;
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
  • Establish work schedules;
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
  • Ensure food service and quality control
  • High level of detail to store maintenance and cleanliness
  • Train new staff in job duties,
Customer Management
  • Address customers complaints or concerns;
  • Build rapport with customers and help provide a positive experience
  • Ensure high standards with efficiency
  • Display knowledge of the menu and products offered
Teamwork
  • Understands the importance and benefits of maintaining a cohesive team work environment
Health & Safety
  • Works in compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation
  • Responds to and corrects unsafe acts and conditions
