Job Description

Mullen Dedicated Logistics, a division of Mullen Trucking Corp. is looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator for our Calgary location Day ShiftResponsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Branch Manager, move goods throughout warehouse to designated areas for preparation to ship, load or unload from trailers by forklift
  • Verify goods match shipping & delivery paperwork, competent math skills required
  • Monitor inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness daily
  • Maintain forklift operations or maintenance with pre and post shift inspections
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team; establish good working relationships with all team members
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of warehouse procedures and competent forklift skills, certification an asset, able to lift up to 50 lbs; previous warehouse experience required
  • Safety conscious, punctual, reliable, ability to adapt to new processes, procedures and willingness to learn, steel toed boots are required
  • Some computer work, technical aptitude required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize workload, and good record keeping for the time sensitive handling of goods, attention to detail a must
  • Professional, tenacious, organized with excellent communication skills required, must read and write proficiently in English
