The organization is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to join the team at their national headquarters in Calgary.Our organization offers a positive work environment, team support, training, and purpose while making a difference in the lives of business owners and their employees.What will you be doing As a Franchise Sales Manager you will be:

  • Managing the franchisee selection process, including interviewing franchise applicants and assessing their suitability;
  • Guiding prospective franchisees through the full sales cycle, providing all information necessary, and assisting prospective franchisees to make a well-informed purchase decision;
  • Managing a detailed and extensive due diligence process with honesty and integrity;
  • Coordinating and reviewing legal and financial documentation;
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies that leads to franchise sales as well as lead generation for our current network of business coaches;
  • Presenting and hosting events (virtual and/or live events depending on current guidelines);
  • Supporting the set-up and systems for new market entry; and
  • Working closely in cross functional teams to support the growth of the organization.
What qualifies you You will have a strong network of existing contacts and have the ability to quickly build new relationships with strategic goals in mind. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to present ideas in person or over the phone. This is about sales, marketing, and building the ActionCOACH brand. This will be done in a dynamic and fluid environment, and your bonus structure is tied to your ability to hit your sales goals.
  • A desire to play a key role in shaping the growth of a young, dynamic company;
  • 5+ years of proven success working in a relationship-based sales environment;
  • A post-secondary degree, preferably in a business or communications related discipline;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships;
  • Strong critical thinking skills, sound judgement, and business acumen;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills while balancing multiple evolving priorities;
  • Self-motivated, ability to work well autonomously and within a multi-disciplined team;
  • Demonstrate a keen desire and ability to continually learn and develop new skills;
  • Experience working with franchisees or within franchise environment is an asset.
