Hotel Arts is currently seeking energetic and passionate guest service professionals to join our Front Desk Team! Are you ready to spoil our guests and ensure that they have not only a pleasant but exceptional stay in Calgary Join our team today!Members of our Front Desk Team can look forward to performing the following tasks:Attend to all concerns of the guest proactively and professionally.Ensure the satisfaction of all guests with a consistent positive attitude.Review all guest reservations to ensure accuracy.Review group resumes and follow up accordingly on any actionable items.Ensure rates and account folios are set up and managed correctly.Communicate key information to appropriate departments and colleagues.Ensure special requests by guests are completed in a timely manner.Maintain and balance a cash float during each shift.Provide services to guests including: check in/out, telephone inquiries, luggage, handling and taking reservations.Provide guests with the information they require.Answer questions pertaining to events/activities and provide directions regarding their destination.Our ideal candidate will have:Flexible schedule is essential.
