We are creating a new job position for an Office Assistant to assist with the daily tasks of the Office ManagerJob Summary: The Office Assistant will help the Office Manager with the daily administration/bookeeping activities.The successful candidate will have the ability to efficiently and effectively help manage daily administrative tasks while thriving in a self-directed work environment. The candidate will have administrative skills and experience using Quickbook Desktop and the ability to engage team members and clients by phone and via email in a professional and personable manner.This is a part-time position to start and may become a full-time position within a year as the workload is growing.Preference will be given to candidates who have at least two years experience in the office setting and a strong understanding of the shallow utility industry.Primary duties include:
