Job Description

Blush Lane is looking for a Full Time E-File Clerk to join our growing team at the Bridgeland location in Calgary (617 Meredith Road NE, Calgary).The E-File Clerk is responsible for providing support to the management team in the areas of sign creation and maintenance, executing in-store batches, auditing and entering invoices, and special projects.At Blush Lane Organic Market, we believe we can have a positive impact, locally and globally, by actively promoting sustainable agriculture, ethical practices and environmentally conscious actions.   • Create accurate and properly formatted signs to be posted throughout the store, remove outdated signs and rotate window signs.
  • Remove and reprint damaged or discolored shelf tags as required.
  • Make sure every product in the store has a tag/sign associated to the product.
  • Input price change batches in the system.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring the correct price and quantities.
  • Special projects and other duties as required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of employees.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands with tight timelines.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing and managing work flow.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint). Experience working with Store Management Suite and/or other POS systems, is preferred.
  • Experience working in an IT, or data entry position would be an asset.
  • Experience working in the organic or natural foods industry would be an asset.
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and overtime.
