Job Description

Trullo Trattoria is a new modern Italian restaurant opening in the Oakridge community of Calgary. Are you hard working Love food Love to learn! Join us and be a part of a fun new dynamic team! At Trullo, we are anything but ordinary, our menu isnt just run of the mill neighbourhood spaghetti, but an elevated and modern twist on classic dishes and drinks!The Position: Line Cook

  • Ensure service excellence in the execution and preparation of all food products served
  • Can work alone or in a team environment
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food product and prep
  • Receive, store, and stock inventory appropriately
  • Monitor product inventory for freshness, rotation, and stock levels
  • Ensure the personal delivery of high quality product and services
  • Can CLEAN AS YOU GO
  • Effectively address concerns brought up by the Chef
  • Assist in food prep assignments and other duties as needed
  • Follow all recipes
  • Ensures the Kitchen and all food prep and storage areas meet cleaning standards
What Makes You Great:
  • A minimum of 2-years’ experience working in a kitchen is an asset
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Proven track record of excellent service
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can work evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation is required
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$19.00 per hourAdditional pay:
