Primary Responsibilities· Manage calls and emails for External Relationships (eg, PPNs, Government contracts)o Insurance Companies – Wawanesa, Canada Life, Timbero Government contracts (Parks Canada, CRA, AHS)o GLA: D· Manage clinic related phone forwarding on an as needed or scheduled basis· Coordinate PPN files, ensure documentation is faxed, complete required spreadsheets, meet deadlines, schedule appointments for PPN (CRA, Canada Parks)· Maintain and update clinic one pagers· Support the Care Manager with EMR issues and development· Provide Office Manager coverage and support training of Office Managers as needed· Coordinating admin coverage for all clinics with coverage OA· Manage chatbot and web appointment requests· Ensure efficient, professional, and organized operation of the Care Centre· Greet patients, staff, and visitors (virtually, over the phone) to our Care Centre in a professional and courteous manner· Initiate and organize patient files and assist patients through their schedule of appointments· Always handle all Care Center duties with enthusiasm and professionalism· Third Party, MVA, WCB, AHS and Private billing and collection· Maintain, protect and comply with privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physicians in accordance with the Health Information Act· Ensure awareness and adherence to all Momentum Health Policies and ProceduresThe Successful Candidate will have the Following Requirements· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written· Intermediate to advanced computer skills· High School Diploma· Current enrollment or graduation from a college diploma program in a related field is an asset· Experience in a medical office and/or rehab environment an asset· Experience working with medical billing systems: MedAccess, Wolf, Practice Perfect etc an asset· Alberta Health Care billing knowledge/experience an assetThis position includes the option for benefits after 3 months of employmentTo apply to this exciting opportunity, please reply to this posting with your Cover Letter and ResumeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
