Job Description

This is an Inbound Call Centre role providing a high level of personalised phone support and delivering award winning customer service for a leading telecommunications and technology company.About the Role:

  • Inbound Customer Calls only.
  • 12 month contract with ongoing possibilities.
  • Work From Home role after completion of training program.
  • Fortnightly rotating roster: Mon-Sun. 7am-11pm. 30 hours week.

  • Troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide inbound customer support.
  • Active listening to identify customer needs.
  • Ability to identify customers needs.
  • Log and resolve inbound call tickets.
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot in a quick and timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complaints resolution.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: $22.80 per hourFlexible language requirement:
