Reporting to the Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the Gas Bar to improve customer service, program execution and company profitability, including but not limited to the following: scheduling, budgeting and attainment of financial results along with the overall management of image, standards, implementation and adherence to company programs, policies and procedures, and other human resources related activitiesQualifications

  • Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of retail gas bar operations with an emphasis on marketing and merchandising skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • Post secondary education is an asset
