The individual will act as a first point of contact to OMERS and Oxford employees as they enter the test facilities and will guide the flow of traffic throughout the day. Working alongside other members of the team, you will greet staff, track results, update databases and fulfil reporting requirements. Training will be provided.Job ResponsibilitiesPartnering with site employees to support Rapid Antigen Testing in Oxford Properties-owned commercial real-estate properties (shopping malls and office towers) across CanadaGreet employees and direct the flow of traffic to ensure an efficient processing of testsProvide superior customer service in answering basic questions from participantsOther duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the team and clients.Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 05:30 – 13:30 at Bow Valley Square: 205 5 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 2V7QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).Strong problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, reliability, accuracy and efficiency are requiredKnowledgeable of Microsoft Office ProgramsOur story:Oxford Properties Group connects people to exceptional places, and is the owner, developer and manager of some of the world’s best real estate assets.
