Job Description

Position DescriptionThe Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for Sessional Instructors to teach the following courses in Winter 2023. Classes in the winter semester run from Monday, January 9, 2023-Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between Saturday, April 15, 2023 to Wednesday, April 26, 2023 if applicable.OBHR 317 L01 (Organizational Behaviour)Mondays and Wednesdays, 09:30-10:45amOBHR 317 L02 (Organizational Behaviour)Mondays and Wednesdays 15:30-16:45pmThe calendar description of the course:"Examines individual, interpersonal and group processes to explain behaviour in organizations to better predict employee behaviour, and to interpret how context influences such behaviour. Topics may include motivation, groups and teams, decision-making, personality, power and influence, negotiation, leadership and stress"Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree (MBA, MSc, DBA, or PhD) or work experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Previous post secondary teaching experience is preferred.
