Vitruvi is a disruptive solution and our customers are often late adopters when it comes to technology. As our first dedicated BTA at Vitruvi, you will be taking ownership of a key strategy for our successful growth. You will work as the bridge between Sales and Customer Success on behalf of the Product team to understand our prospects’ and customers’ existing processes and systems to set the stage for how they can achieve world leading operations effectiveness using Vitruvi, throughout various stages of their business, with a smooth and efficient transition.About YouYou have Fortune500 experience interfacing directly with cross-functional leaders, managers, and individual contributors to extract, simplify, and communicate complex business processes at the intersection of fundamentally new technologies. This role will require significant knowledge of the telecom domain as a whole. Additionally, the complexities of infrastructure planning, financing, construction, and operations would be an asset. You love diagrams, and communicating succinctly and concisely with the various audiences you interact with. Experience with SaaS or hosted software products would be advantageous but not required.Responsibilities

• Eliciting business-critical perspectives (functional and non-functional) from various stakeholders within the client.
• Creating business process maps, workflow, and associated data flows.
• Translate multi-stakeholder strategies and business goals into a formal business transformation plan.
• Champion the communication and dissemination of unique details of the prospect/customer to internal teams.
• Remain a leading change agent for our clients through their entire buyer journey.

Job RequirementsMinimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience in senior leadership roles.
• An MBA, previous P&L accountability, and/or equivalent experience
• Experience interrogating and documenting business processes and analyzing opportunities for value isolation.
• Experience communicating and collaborating in a remote setting.
• Experience in the Telecommunication industry.
• Coachable and curious.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Enterprise SaaS as part of a successful business transformation plan.
• Experience influencing product strategy, product market fit decisions, and customer success strategies.
• Excellent narrative and storytelling skills.
• Experience in the telecom infrastructure construction industry.
