This position reports to the Manager Network operation .Duties and Responsibilities· Maintain user uptime and computing experience through remote and onsite maintenance· Problem solving IT related issues – determine solution and maintain contact with client during resolution process.· Analyze client’s IT requirements and work with Solutions Architect to deliver appropriate on-premises and/or cloud based solutions.· Growing and develop client relation through exceptional customer service· Installation, maintenance and support of desktop systems, notebooks, tablets, printers, network equipment, wi-fi, etc.· Installations , Maintenance and support of Windows and Linux servers (Windows server 2019, 2016, CentOS, UBUNTU , RedHat )· Microsoft server operating systems and related systems such as Active Directory, Exchange server, Teams, RDS, and SQL Server· SAN/NAS Storage, (VEEAM),· Virtualization (VMware/Microsoft)· Audit and document client’s IT environment, equipment, software, processes and procedures.· Experience with SSL/TLS certificates purchase , renewal and update· Experience with Azure VNet and subnetting , Front door , Azure VM , Azure VPN gateway , Azure security center , Azure defender , Azure key vault , Azure SQL , SQL servers,· Client onboarding· Ability to work after hours or weekends when requiredCore Competencies· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities· Strong interpersonal and communication skills· Strong planning, organizing and time management skills with excellent attention to detail· Ability to work effectively under pressure· Customer service orientated· Highly motivated to succeed· Committed to continuous education and personal developmentEducationITIL , VMware certified professional ,MCSE, CCNAExperience RequiredA minimum of 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the following is essential:Windows ServersVirtualization Technologies – Hyper-V, VMwareMicrosoft Exchange ServerWindows Clients – Windows 7/8/10Microsoft office 365 AdministrationAntivirus and related security products Backup systemsFirewall Administration and deploymentNetworking technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall technologies, switch technologies and VLAN etc)Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services)Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCPUPS TechnologiesExperience in the following is an assetHave worked with previous MSPMac O/SSophos Security productsSharePoint ServicesInternet Information Server (IIS) and ApacheMicrosoft SQL ServerDisaster Recovery and High availability solutionsSAN (iSCSI and Fiber channel) and NAS solutionsMicrosoft AzureJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
