Job Description

  • Reporting To: Equity Support Coordinator
  • Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week. Regular schedule to be determined based on applicants availability and business needs. Occasional evenings and weekends required.

  • Quality support, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of Equity Support programs and Intervention programs
  • Quality administrative and logistical support to Equity Support partnership sites across the province of Alberta

We work in more than 50 communities across Alberta – either directly providing service or partnering with agencies to deliver programs on our behalf.   • Engages in curiosity and vulnerability (Brené Brown).
  • Experience, skills and/or interest in providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work remotely in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery and Support
  • Maintain relationships with Equity Support partnership sites across Alberta
  • Maintain and support program delivery based on program design
  • Work collaboratively with Equity Support Coordinator to identify and address support gaps for effective program delivery
  • Work collaboratively with Intervention program staff to coordinate logistical support across programs
Program Administration
  • Inform, communicate, and track changes to program delivery with Equity Support partnership sites across Alberta
  • Input and maintain data entry into organization database
  • Schedule, maintain and track delivery of all Equity Support programs
  • Report on monthly activities and statistics
  • Attendance at all supervision and staff meetings
  • All other duties as required
