Focused on operations and post-implementation support and training, you will act as a trusted advisor who will provide technical guidance and support to our clients.A Day in the Life:

• Provide guidance to clients on-site and remotely, supporting their Microsoft technology stack
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
• Configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
• Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement
• Participate in recommending changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
• Participate in gathering data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of technical support experience
• Experience with the following:
• o Managing Azure and cloud systems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• o Active Directory and Exchange management
• o RHEL 5/6/7/8 and Ubuntu Unix
• Ability to produce effective documentation, implementation plans, problem resolution and incident workarounds
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to multiple client environments
• Storage management, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Technical knowledge of VMware
• Technical knowledge of server infrastructure support, troubleshooting, build etc.
