  • Code, test, document and implement new system functionality.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of databases.
  • Take part in project meetings where you’ll have the opportunity to actively discuss and provide input and solutions to meet business challenges.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Participate in peer reviews to understand coding standards.
  • Work with team members to update and/or standardize system documentation.
  • Provide support to existing applications and resolve production problems.
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Math, or Engineering.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Oracle, C#.net, ASP.Net, VB, PL/SQL, VSS, TFS, Crystal, Active reports, Business Objects, Tibco, ESRI, and/or VMWare is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience documenting system functionality and technical processes (workflow diagrams) is also considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • You have well developed technical and analytical skills.
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2023.
  • A security clearance will be conducted.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
