What We’re Looking ForWere looking for a Jr or Mid-level Digital Project Manager / Web Producer to manage web development projects. As a Project Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients while also actioning and tracking their projects and tasks to the highest standard possible. In this role you will work both independently and collaboratively, managing development resources to develop websites and e-commerce sites. There will be a mix of managing updates to existing websites and the development of new sites as well. You will work with the latest technologies while developing CMS and e-commerce driven websites, mobile apps, and custom applications.We have a distributed workforce, so remote is fine, but you must be situated in a North American timzone and willing to work 9 to 5 hours (EST, MST, or PST).Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage project details, timelines and requirements.
  • Manage/action tasks for development team and external resources.
  • Ability to translate client needs into a project brief.
  • Provision of training and support to clients.
  • Accountable for project delivery that meets all customer expectations, on time and on budget.
  • Working both independently and with team members to estimate costs for new project work, including change management elements on active projects.
What we’re looking for from you
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a web development or creative agency (the more experience, the better!).
  • Proven experience planning and organizing your own work and that of others, juggling multiple projects and keeping them on schedule, all while fostering strong internal and external relationships.
  • Understand web development. Experience with creative design, QA, analytics and SEO/SEM is a plus.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized with an ability to self-manage while focusing on process and task details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Remote OK, but must be located in North America.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
