  • Part of an inclusive and diverse team of Habs, passionate about helping people and organizations thrive
  • An essential part of our GO Intranet product team, working with our existing product support team, quality assurance specialists, developers, designers, the product designer and the product manager
  • Engaging with clients and responding to issues as they arise, providing the initial assessment of an issue, and either resolving the issue or directing the request to a relevant team member who will help
  • Maintaining a high level of product support desk quality through timely responses and detailed ticket tracking
  • Working with the team to support other activities as required (examples include regression testing, documenting test cases and acceptance criteria, validating analytics metrics, maintaining the customer resource portal)
  • Providing excellent customer services and helping clients get the most from their investment in Habanero technology

Have excellent communication skills and enjoy learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Your peers and clients describe you as detail-oriented (almost fanatical), adaptive, and collaborative.We are not looking for specific hard skills as requirements. It’s okay if you don’t have perfect experience in all the role description or technology listed below; if you can learn quickly and work well with others to solve challenges just in time, we’d like to hear from you!Support for skill development will be given, however, background or foundation in the following will be considered valuable assets:
  • Have exposure to working in a support or service desk role
  • Have a friendly and easy-going nature
  • Are enthusiastic, analytical and detail-orientated with a strong technical understanding of web and software technologies
  • Are interested in working in an autonomous, high-performing and non-hierarchical workplace
Bonus points if you…
  • 2+ years experience in providing customer support or quality assurance
  • Exposure to testing and quality assurance techniques
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and/or Sitecore
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with the type of work we do
