Kinship care allows children in government care to remain with kin who are committed to them and allows them to remain connected to their family, culture and community. Kinnections is a partnership program between Hull Services, and McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association, and as such works collaboratively to deliver services in Calgary and Area.The Position:We are looking for two temporary, full-time Kinship Facilitators for a 22 month contract position, with the possibility of extension.This role requires a flexible work schedule as it includes some evening work and occasional weekend work. The Kinnections team also shares in an after-hours on-call rotation.The Kinship Facilitator will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support for Kinship caregivers and their families. The Facilitator will report to the Program Coordinator and will work as a member of the Program, Agency and larger kinship community of practice.Duties and Responsibilities:
