Landscape Construction Foreman / Leadhand (Hardscape) - Jobs in Calgary, AB

Organize, manage productivity of a crew, tools and materials within safety standards.
Complete daily worksite reports, safety, electronic time recording using LMN software.
Hands on landscape knowledge, installing paving stones, natural stones, tree shrubs etc.
Operate various tools and equipment, laser level, shovel, company vehicles, gas saw, etc.
Able to read and implement landscape construction plans.
Carpentry skills an asset.
Finnish grade equipment operator an asset.

Requirement:

Valid AB class 5 drivers licence and clean driving record.
Able to proficiently operate truck with attached trailer.
Minimum two years experience working with all aspects of stone, concrete, pavers and wall systems.
Minimum two years experience operating skid steer and excavator.
Able to work under pressure.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications to delegate/complete work activities.
Calculating proper quantities of material required for daily tasks.
