Job Description

Looking a motivated and responsible project manager, who values hard work to manage a landscape construction team.This is a hands-on position! Experience in landscaping is essential, however being a *problem solver* and trustworthy reliable person is much more important.This position does allow the right person to build and grow their own business and be rewarded by a percentage of profits they bring in.You need to be able to:

  • Manage money
  • Deal with clients directly
  • Provide the best possible service
  • Manage a team of workers
  • Manage/maintain equipment
  • Complete jobs on time with the highest quality results
Experience in all types of landscape construction is essential:
  • Retaining walls
  • Paving stone
  • Woodworking (decks and fences)
  • Beds
  • Drainage
  • Excavation
  • Grading
  • Planting
Ideally, the candidate would have their own truck/equipment and experience running their own business. Candidates who have their own equipment do earn a higher percentage of profit than those who dont.We are looking for someone who is here for the long-term and is interested in becoming a part of our team and growing business!Please send a resume, references and ways where you can add value to our existing team.
