Job Description

SPRAY BOOTH LEAD PAINTERBusy shop expanding and need a lead painter to lead departmentDuties include

  • overseeing 2-3 preppers
  • Organizing a work flow to optimize production
  • staining
  • spraying cabinetry, and custom pieces
  • keeping area clean
  • meeting production deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience spraying cabinets and working in booth/shop setting
  • Experience with waterborne, poly urethane and high gloss finish
  • ability to read plans
  • able to stay focused during busy time
  • motivate employees to create a positive work environment
Pay is based on experience and performance. We offer discretionary yearly bonuses when meeting production targets. Competitive wages and a great benefits package after 3 months.
