We believe that assembling and retaining an inclusive and diverse team is the best way to grow a successful company.We’re looking for an experienced product manager to help execute Lightstep’s product vision and strategy for the Lightstep platform, which powers our unified observability products. The Lightstep platform enables core platform primitives such as data ingestion, storage, querying and analytics that are far more scalable and flexible than competitive offerings. The platform is also the bedrock that empowers multiple product teams at Lightstep to build new capabilities with reliability, extensibility, and scale.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:

• 7+ years of software product management experience with 12+ technology industry experience
• First-hand experience with the key features of observability products, including familiarity with typical industry vendors (e.g. Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, NewRelic, Elastic, etc.) strongly desired
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
• Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
• Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels
