As part of this unwavering commitment to safety, all ATCO employees and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated.Description:ATCO Frontec is seeking a Maintenance Systems Planner to join the Facility Operations and Maintenance Support (FO&MS) team supporting the mobilization and ongoing upkeep of projects. This role will be responsible for the management of data in the CMMS, leading CMMS training and providing subject matter expertiseWhere We Work and Live:This position will be based in Calgary, AB and the successful candidate can choose to work from their home office, ATCO head office or a hybrid of both.Responsibilities:

• Managing the setup and quality of data in the CMMS (including ServiceMax and others as required) including assets, materials and preventative maintenance/checklist loads developed by the FO&MS mobilization team
• Coordinating the Management of Change (MOC) process for all technical and physical change requests during the post-mobilization project support phase, including coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve consensus on viable solutions
• Managing changes and additions to data in the CMMS system during the project support/in-service phase
• Developing training materials and providing ongoing instruction (as required) for usage of the CMMS system. This will include onboarding of both new technicians and office resources during the mobilization phase of projects
• Assisting in new CMMS processes (development and rollout)
• Providing input into the setup of equipment functional location hierarchies and consulting with the Mobilization Maintenance Planner prior to data uploads to ensure smooth execution of CMMS activities
• Assisting in the development and rollout of CMMS upgrades or parallel CMMS systems
• Providing subject matter expertise on mechanical or electrical/fire and life safety equipment. This will include:
• Providing reference and guidance on regulatory requirements for inspections and maintenance, and providing feedback for inspection strategies/results
• Assisting in the development of related preventative maintenance instructions, including recommending PM frequencies and defining technical checklists for maintenance execution
• Providing troubleshooting consultation for relevant issues in the field and assisting in developing repair scopes
• Maintaining relevant code libraries and providing periodic review of mechanical/electrical preventative maintenance instructions to ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.
• Assisting in reviewing related documentation during the bidding phases of projects
• Assisting in developing condition assessment requirements during the intake of new assets
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate should hold 5-7 years of functional experience with providing the administration of CMMS systems (such as: ServiceMax, SAP, Maximo, etc.)
• The successful candidate should hold 7+ years of facility maintenance experience
• The desired education background for this role would be one of the following:
  • Electrical Professional Engineer, Electrical Engineering Technologist or Electrician
  • Mechanical Professional Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Technologist or Millwright/Mechanic
• Must have experience with pressure equipment and tanks maintenance management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Office 365
• Must be self-starter/motivated with the ability prioritize and able to meet tight deadlines
• A valid driver’s license is required
