As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, developing demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), designing and leading the technical solution implementation, as well as leading a team. This role can be based out of Calgary, Edmonton or Red Deer.ResponsibilitiesBuild upon the success of the Modern Workplace team in the United States to establish a practice within Canada across several citiesDevelop pipeline and leads on the Modern Workplace journey with Microsoft 365 as a core offering to our consulting clientsIntegrate into the existing North American practice, including processes, certifications and trainingLead customers in their transition into the Modern Workplace Microsoft/Office 365 including productivity, collaboration, security and managed servicesPerform the design, implementation, and configuration of M365 E5 type components for clientsLead the construction of standard project delivery guides and tools, training to technical and non-technical staff, and development of a strategic roadmap for clients to enable adoption of the full stack of Microsoft 365 E3/E5Work as a business advisor to provide timely, high quality client service to our mid-market clienteleServe as a national resource and escalation point for projects across all regionsDraft statements of work (SOWs) to support the client project goals and outcomesIdentify and escalate cross-selling opportunities across the RSM portfolioEstablish rapport and trust with key client decision makersBasic Qualifications5+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 including Enterprise Mobility and Security7+ years leading people and working closely with clientsStrong hands-on technical experience with deployment of Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and GroupsHigh-level expertise in sophisticated identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance requirements, and experience integrating them into cloud and hybrid solutionsAbility and willingness to provide hands-on technical supportWillingness to travel throughout the country as needed, approximately 15-20%)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with external clientsTechnical breadth and experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures and adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standardsClient-oriented mindsetAdvanced problem solving skills and work ethicAbility to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at onceMicrosoft or other similar manufacturer specific certifications (MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, AZ-900)Preferred QualificationsIT consulting/managed services experience with middle-market clientsTechnical middle-market scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design and deep knowledge in MS Modern WorkplaceExposure to Power Automate, Flow, and/or VisioSenior level experience with the following:Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2012+)Group Policy configurationsMicrosoft Azure Services, direction and evolution as related to enterprise desktop, mobile and infrastructure services for Azure Active Directory and modern authentication architectures, conditional access and deployment of servicesOffice 365/Microsoft 365 design experienceScripting experience (PowerShell, Batch, VBScript)You want your next step to be the right one.
