Cask Global Canning Solutions is experiencing significant growth –We need you to come create positive change with us!Cask disrupted the craft beer industry by introducing the first small-scale canning system for craft beverage makers. For over 20 years, Cask continues to innovate affordable canning solutions so our customers can get their products into more hands.Aluminum cans are infinitely recyclable! At Cask, you get to participate in this circular economy; we are creating sustainable solutions for the craft beverage industry in hopes of influencing positive change for the world!We sell cans in North America and Europe and our Canning Systems are in 70 countries around the world! Craft beverage has moved beyond just beer; our customers also can cider, wine, cold brewed coffee, kombucha, and other creative craft beverages.Working at Cask Global Canning SolutionsWe are looking to add motivated, self-driven, critically thinking professionals to help our company continue the 20% annual growth its seen over the past decade. Want to work in a cool industry like the craft beverage space Were your place!Compensation: On-target earnings of $125,000 + with a mix of base salary and uncapped commissions, 3 weeks paid time off.Cask also supports your wellness. We have an onsite workout room, a kitchen filled with snacks, and for the second year in a row, Cask employees are enjoying a 4 Day Work Week with Fridays off in July and August to recharge and invest in family and friends.We offer a comprehensive group benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.   • Build rapport with prospective customers by guiding and challenging their buying process to ensure they are set up for years of success to follow
  • Maintain strong relationships post-sale to create raving fans of Cask
30% - Generating sales actionable leads and opportunities
  • Generate demand in your given territory by building your industry knowledge and leveraging our software stack to build demand for Cask products
  • Leverage strong relationships with current customers to create additional demand in your territory
10% - First Response to all inbound inquiries
  • We get a lot of inbound interest! Be the first to respond in a helpful and authentic way to build confidence in Cask!
  • Manage leads in a way that we nurture the relationship until the time is right to talk again
10% - Personal and Professional Development
  • Hone your skills through weekly meetings with your leadership team
